Accident Reporting

Before making an accident/incident claim, please ensure that you are a member of AMA and the incident/accident has taken place in a designated flying field registered with AMA.

Insurance has been secured with a PSU Insurance Company,liability is limited to four incidents not exceeding 5Lakhs each, to a maximum of 20 Lakhs in a year.

Reporting of an accident or incident shall take the form of a report, containing the following particulars:

• Type of model aircraft
• Location of accident/incident
• Full names and contact details o f pilot of model aircraft
• Names and contact details of witnesses
• Date and time of accident/incident
• Nature of accident/incident and the nature of damage and/or injuries caused
• Full description of accident or incident
