Gurgaon – the Buzzing suburb of Delhi can easily boast of having the largest no. of aeromodelers in the NCR (National Capital Region). Every weekend – you can see a row of smartly parked cars and in front – or actually back ! of these cars - an array of models of all shapes & sizes, trainers or advanced 3D, Electric, Gas or Glow powered, at our Bhondsi Flying Field on Sohna Road. Model Heli Flyers or RC Buggy drivers – you can find ‘em all at Gurgaon.

At Bhondsi Flying Field you can also find a large no. of trainees – more than 6 – who are ably instructed by Mr. Jamal Ahmad. Jamal is often found on the field without his own model as he is gheraoe’d by the youngsters wanting that 1 more flight !!

The atmosphere at our field is always jovial, where friends meet to have a good time and look forward to meeting the next weekend. Modellers are eager to learn from their seniors or the seniors eager to teach/ share/ advise at the field. There is great camaraderie and at the same time - respect for each other.

Members flying at Bhondsi are known as AAG – Aeromodelers Association, Gurgaon.

Also can be found some delectable snacks – and specially the idlis brought by Mr. Sudhanshu Dutt.
